NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a personal development approach that explores how our thoughts (neuro), language (linguistic), and learned patterns of behaviour (programming) interact.
It uses techniques to help people change unhelpful habits, shift limiting beliefs, improve communication, and build confidence.

Psych-K
PSYCH-K® is a psychological technique developed by Robert Williams in the late 1980s. It’s designed to help individuals transform limiting beliefs and reprogram the subconscious mind to support desired changes in life. The name PSYCH-K stands for Psychological Kinesiology—“psyche” referring to the mind and “kinesiology” to muscle testing, which is part of the technique.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a relatively new therapeutic approach used to process and release trauma, emotional pain, and psychological stress. It was developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003. The technique is based on the idea that where you look—your eye position—can help access unprocessed trauma in the brain.
